The COVID-19 virus has had a tremendous impact on work and business practices. Here's what you can expect from my various service offerings.

Precautions for In-Person Counseling

To avoid any possible transfer of germs, I’m attempting to create a Touchless Experience. To avoid transferring cards or cash from hand to hand, I will send an electronic invoice that you can pay online. When you arrive, shoot me a text and let me know that you are in the parking area. I will then greet you by opening the door so that you avoid having to touch door handles. The only touch you’ll encounter is when you sit down.  I use Clorox wipes and Lysol aerosol spray on my leather sofa between each session. In my spacious office we’ll be more than 6 feet apart during visits. Before and after each session I offer antibacterial hand sanitizer as an added measure of safety.


Phone and Online Teletherapy Video Conferencing

If you prefer not to venture out, we can make technology work for us. If you’d like to have a session over the phone, select “Call-In Session Over the Phone” on the booking page and be sure to enter your phone number. I will then give you a call to begin our session at the appointed time.

If you’d like to give teletherapy video a try, choose “Teletherapy Video Session Online” when requesting your appointment. I will send you a link through Doxy.Me ahead of our scheduled session. You can follow the link without having to download any software to wait in my virtual waiting room. I’ll connect with you at the appointed time for our session. Just be sure to be set up and ready in front of a stationary device with a quality camera. Doxy.Me is HIPPA approved and takes all the legal precautions to protect your privacy online.


Touchless Payments

To avoid transferring a credit card from your hand to mine, all clients will receive an emailed link for prepayment for the session. You’ll start by requesting to book an appointment online at I will receive a notification of your request and will send you a link with an invoice for prepayment of $125. Once your payment is made, your appointment will be confirmed and set. All payments will be made through an ACH charge to your checking or savings account. ACH refers to Automated Clearing House payments and are simply electronic payments that pull funds directly from your checking or savings account. If you choose not to make an ACH payment and use a credit or debit card instead, the fee increases to $130 per session.

Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hours prior notification of cancellation in or order to receive a refund. This allows ample time to fill the appointment.
